Orders and delivery

How much is UK delivery?

Standard tracked UK delivery is £4.99 for orders below £50. Orders of £50 or more receive free standard tracked delivery. Express tracked delivery is £8.99 where available.

When will my order be dispatched?

Orders are normally dispatched within 1–2 business days. Tracking details are emailed after dispatch.

Can I change my delivery address?

Email support@bdplatinum.co.uk immediately. We will help if the order has not entered fulfilment, but changes cannot be guaranteed after processing begins.

Products and authenticity

Are your Pokémon products genuine?

Yes. Sealed products are sourced through trusted and reputable supply channels and supplied factory sealed unless a product page clearly states otherwise.

What does sold out or a future release date mean?

Sold-out items cannot currently be ordered. Products with a stated future release date will be dispatched in line with the information shown on that product page.

Payment and support

Which payment methods can I use?

Available secure payment methods are shown at checkout and may include debit or credit card, PayPal, Shop Pay and Klarna.

Will I see the full cost before paying?

Yes. Product discounts, delivery options and the final order total are displayed at checkout before payment is submitted.
