UK delivery at a glance

• Free standard tracked delivery on orders of £50 or more
• Standard tracked delivery: £4.99 on orders below £50
• Express tracked delivery: £8.99
• Orders are normally dispatched within 1–2 business days

The £50 free-delivery threshold is based on the order subtotal after discounts. The available delivery services and final charge are shown clearly during checkout before payment.

1. Order processing

Orders are normally prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days. During major launches, bank holidays or unusually busy periods, dispatch can take a little longer. If a significant delay affects your order, we will contact you using the email address supplied at checkout.

2. Tracking

Tracked services are used for customer orders. Once your parcel has been dispatched, tracking information is sent to the email address provided at checkout. Tracking can take a short time to update after the parcel is handed to the carrier.

3. Delivery charges

Standard tracked UK delivery costs £4.99 for orders below £50. Orders of £50 or more receive free standard tracked UK delivery. Express tracked delivery costs £8.99 where available.

4. Delivery addresses

Please check your delivery address carefully before completing checkout. If you spot an error, contact support@bdplatinum.co.uk immediately. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order enters fulfilment.

5. Delayed, lost or damaged parcels

If tracking has not updated for an unusual length of time, or your parcel arrives damaged, contact us with your order number and photographs where relevant. We will investigate with the carrier and explain the next steps.
