These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made from B.D Platinum. Please read them together with our Shipping & Delivery Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy and Privacy Policy.

1. About us

2. Products and availability

We take reasonable care to ensure product descriptions, images, prices and availability are accurate. Packaging, colours and minor presentation details may vary from manufacturer images. Products remain subject to availability, and placing an item in your basket does not reserve it.

We may cancel or refuse an order where stock is unavailable, pricing or product information contains an obvious error, payment is not authorised, fraud checks are not passed, or we cannot deliver to the address supplied. If payment has been taken for a cancelled order, the appropriate refund will be issued.

3. Orders and acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automatic acknowledgement confirms that we have received the order but does not necessarily mean it has been accepted. A binding contract is formed when we send confirmation that the order has been accepted or dispatched.

You are responsible for checking your order, delivery address and contact information before submitting payment. Please contact us promptly if anything is incorrect; changes cannot be guaranteed once processing has begun.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include applicable UK taxes unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges are shown separately before the order is confirmed. Payment must be authorised using one of the methods offered at checkout.

If an obvious pricing error occurs, we are not required to supply the product at the incorrect price. We will contact you and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel for a refund.

5. Delivery

We currently deliver within the United Kingdom. Delivery options, charges and processing information are set out in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Risk in the goods passes to you when they are delivered to you or a person identified by you to receive them.

6. Cancellations, returns and refunds

Your cancellation, return and refund rights are explained in our Returns & Refunds Policy. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights that cannot legally be excluded under UK consumer law.

7. Trading card products

Sealed trading card products contain randomised contents. Unless expressly stated otherwise, we do not guarantee particular cards, pull rates, rarities, centring, print quality or resale value. Disappointing pulls or duplicate cards do not by themselves make a product faulty.

Pokémon and related names, characters and imagery belong to their respective owners. B.D Platinum is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with or endorsed by The Pokémon Company International unless expressly stated.

8. Website use

You must not misuse this website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, scrape it in a way that disrupts service, or use it for fraudulent or unlawful activity.

9. Liability

We do not exclude liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory rights. We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed or for business losses arising from a consumer purchase.

10. Personal information

We handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms from time to time. The terms in force when you place an order will normally apply to that purchase. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without removing any mandatory consumer protections available to you.
